Happy Easter!!!!
Here are 2 LOs of the kids before and after our annual Easter Egg Hunt! Last year, we forgot to bring our Easter baskets --- we usually go to my mom's vacation house in the province during this time where the closest mall is a 2 hour drive -- and all I could find in the sari-sari stores were these baskets used to carry fighting cocks!
The kids were happy though because they got to decorate the baskets (good thing I brought my Slice machine!) and they could hold so many more eggs!
Materials: Cardstock - Wassau; Patterned papers - Nikki Sivils; Vinyl Alpha and pen - American Crafts; Transparency - Hambly; Cardstock - DCWV

Life is Good
Here's the LO I made for Scrapfit Workout #42 which is to use a photo of ourselves from the past....this is one of the photos that comes to my mind when I think of myself as a child so I chose this...plus the fact that it's probably the one in the best condition as my mom used magnetic albums which are now yellowing and falling apart.

Sarah Hurley "Mum's the Word" Challenge
This week, Mother's Day is being celebrated in England and so this week's challenge at Sarah Hurley's is to create a project related to this occasion. Here's my card for this week's challenge.
These flowers were very easy to make, using circle punches and good old scrunching. The stitched stems add a bit of homey texture.
Hope you can join in for this week's challenge 36!

Mr & Mrs
So, obviously, this LO is long-delayed...by almost 12 years...LOL! But when I was assigned to create a project with Pebbles Inc's new Mr. & Mrs. collection, I knew I had to use one of my wedding photos.
Like most scrapbookers, I started out with this hobby when I had kids, and wanted to document their lives. By that time, there was a ton of pictures already waiting to be scrapped so all I've ever done for my wedding was a very simple 8x8 album which I gave to my hubby 5 years later.
Pebbles Products Used:
Miscellaneous doily, lace
